K now, What is top 15 mistakes committed by Malaysian graduate interviewees?
1) Poor communication skill
Do you agree with that? Yes, you have to. For me, my communication skills was very poor. I constantly feel blur and become thought block, hands become shaking, sweating when someone asking me something. I know the answer, but i cant answer them because i'm too nervous. Did yall feel or experience the same with me? Most of yall right? umm, so. need to relax in everything you do or everywhere you stand.
2) Failing to promote and sell one's credentials.
eg: How can we get the interviewer trust if we are not confidence to promote and tell something about ourself to them with a confidence and good manner. If not, this is what the interviewer will say : " aiyo, this budak hor, buat saya rasa tak confident untuk ambil dia bekerja. Tentang diri sendiri pun tak boleh nak promote, macam mana nak jual baranng saya nanti".. contoh yer.. contoh..
3) Having little or no knowledge about the company
Umm, of coz when you want to work at some places or company, you need to search their particulars, the companie's organization, vission, mission , etc. If not, they will expect that yall are not having an interest towards their company. And there you go, no interest, no job for you.
4) Lack of self confidence
This is the most behaviour or attitude that we can see in some people. Try to create your confidence. What you need to do is, surrornd yourself wih good people, be well-rounded, keep up with the worlds. (eg: Follow the news and do your best to know a little bit about everything) , socialize with everyone, partake in things you excel at. (eg: show yourself what you're made of and build your self-confidence. Even if you have to go out of your way, doing something that you know how to do well will boost your conviction and self-confidence when you do something else).

For a fresh graduate, dont think about how much you can earn but think about how much you can learn.
